By using WallsTechTV services, you agree to these terms. We provide professional TV repair services with clear warranties and fair policies. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us for services, or using any WallsTechTV repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

WallsTechTV provides professional television repair services including:

  • Diagnostic evaluation and problem identification
  • Hardware repair and component replacement
  • Software troubleshooting and updates
  • Screen replacement and display repairs
  • Audio system repairs
  • Emergency and same-day repair services

3. Service Process and Customer Responsibilities

Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your TV and the problems you're experiencing
  • Allow reasonable access to your television for pickup and delivery
  • Pay for services according to the agreed terms and timeline
  • Inform us of any existing damage or modifications to your TV
  • Back up any important data or settings before service (where applicable)

4. Pricing and Payment

Diagnostic Fees

We provide free diagnostic evaluation when you proceed with repair service. If you choose not to proceed with repair after diagnosis, a $35 diagnostic fee applies.

Repair Pricing

All repair prices include labor and are quoted before work begins. Additional costs for parts will be clearly communicated and approved before installation.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • For repairs over $300, payment plans may be available with 50% down
  • Emergency service fees are additional and clearly disclosed

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair work, covering:

  • Labor and workmanship for the specific repair performed
  • Replacement parts installed during the repair
  • Free re-service if the same problem returns within warranty period

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

  • New problems unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear
  • Issues arising from customer modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage from power surges, water, or environmental factors

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss or software/settings changes
  • Our liability does not extend to the value of the television itself beyond repair costs

7. Risk and Insurance

Transportation and Handling

We carry insurance for televisions in our care and use professional handling procedures. However, customers should be aware that:

  • Some risk is inherent in any repair process
  • Older televisions may be more fragile and prone to additional issues
  • We will inform you of any risks specific to your television model

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service Cancellation

You may cancel service:

  • Before work begins: No charge (except diagnostic fee if applicable)
  • After diagnosis but before repair: Diagnostic fee applies if you don't proceed
  • During repair: You may be responsible for work completed and parts ordered

Refund Policy

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by WallsTechTV or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined in that policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

Direct Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maine.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
